Why you need both a sales strategy & a marketing strategy, Episode #116

This is why you need BOTH a sales strategy & a marketing strategy.

Even though they work together.

Marketing is about compounding impact over a period of time (months, years).

Because while there can be exceptions, for the most part, client attraction comes after you’ve built know, like and trust.

A sales strategy is different. It’s designed to intentionally speed up the process.

When you activate a sales strategy, you’re able to accelerate income more quickly.

And yet so often the go to thought is “I really need to improve my marketing”.

I won’t argue with that, your intuition is likely right….but also….how effective is your sales strategy (do you have one!)?

You will know the answer to this in an instant.

Because, when it’s working:
 ✔️you will have a steady flow of client enquiries / customers
✔️80% of your revenue comes from 20% of your clients and you know to unlock more 💰 (from a place of service)
✔️your marketing is strategically designed out in front

I'm a generalist & proud of it, Episode #115

One thing that I've shied away from in my business is sharing my fullness....because the honest to goodness truth is I'm good at a LOT of things.

But there's a negative connotation around being a generalist (ie jack of all trades, master of none).

It's why my clients come to me & it led to me to creating a bigger movement and method....because you don't need one thing in business....and when you work with specialist coaches it can be difficult to integrate or make it all cohesive.

In chats with a couple of my mentors - Jazze Jervis & Emma Dunwoody this week I had a moment of truth. And it's BIG!  Which is why this episode is fulled with a boatload of passion.

Because here's the deal - when we try and follow someone else's way (and they teach one way) it will only work if we're very much like that person.

When we are such individuals creatures, that being in alignment with our personal gifts & POWER is the long game.

I'm a 5:1 in Human Design and I'm literally designed to teach and know a lot.

I'm what you would call a polymath.

How creating a Movement will grow your business - Episode #114

Alignment + Inspired Action = Inevitable Success I Episode #113
