This week I'm joined by Mel Daniels of Meld Business Services. Mel is an incredible content strategist, business coach and mum.

Mel’s purpose is to teach and empower women who want more from their business, on how to use content in a genuine way. She gives them the confidence they need to become more visible, seen as the expert that they are and be inspired to take their business to the next level.

I'm a huge advocate and true believer in the importance of content. I always say, the two most important things I do in my business are; creating valuable content & cracking coaching!

A lot of people think of content as the post or images we place on our social media, but it's so much more than that. It's basically anything you put out into the world that represents you. 

In Mel's words, content is the mechanism that takes a client on a journey with you. And yes it's typically a relationship we're looking to develop with our content, vs a straight sale.

It's a process, just like any relationships, that begins with nothing and over time can develop into something profound and strong.

Mels five phases of the client journey are;

  • Connect

  • Subscribe

  • Nurture

  • Convert

  • Onboard

And it's our content that facilitates an experience with us at every phase.

By using it strategically and purposefully you'll meet your audience where they're at!
